Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after:
- Written confirmation by Asia Escapes.
- Required deposit/payment has been received.
- Availability has been confirmed by all suppliers.
Until then, prices and availability remain subject to change.
Prices
Prices include only services specifically mentioned in your itinerary.
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude:
- International flights
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Personal expenses
- Tips
- Meals not mentioned
- Optional excursions
- Airport taxes where applicable
Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise:
- 25% deposit upon confirmation
- Balance due 45 days before arrival
Bookings made within 45 days require full payment.
Certain luxury hotels, trains, cruises and special events may require higher deposits.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges may vary depending on suppliers.
