Asia Escapes India LLP, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, and designated tour leaders, acts solely as an agent for travelers in arranging hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other services that are part of the tour. The company does not assume any liability for injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to any person or property arising from any act or default of any hotel, airline, transportation company, tour operator, or any other entity or person providing services included in the tour package.
Furthermore, Asia Escapes India LLP (hereafter “AEI”) accepts no responsibility for any damages or delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Sickness or medical emergencies
- Theft or pilferage
- Labor disputes or strikes
- Mechanical breakdowns
- Quarantine restrictions
- Government actions or regulations
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Force majeure events
AEI is also not responsible for any additional expenses, omissions, re-routing, or delays caused by such events.
Personal Belongings and Baggage
AEI cannot be held liable for:
- Loss or damage to baggage
- Loss of personal belongings or valuables
- Loss of money or travel documents
Travelers are advised to exercise caution and secure appropriate travel insurance.
Airlines and Transportation Providers
The airlines and other transport providers used in tours arranged by AEI are not responsible for any act, omission, or incident that occurs while travelers are not onboard their aircraft or vehicles. The transport provider’s contract of carriage, once issued, shall be the sole contract between the passenger and the respective carrier.
Health & Insurance
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in sufficiently good health to undertake the tour. AEI may assist in arranging travel insurance if requested but does not act as the insurer. All insurance claims, liabilities, and responsibilities lie with the insurance provider directly.
Right to Refuse Service
Asia Escapes India LLP reserves the right to refuse or retain any tour member if their behaviour or condition poses a risk to the group or disrupts the tour experience. Such actions, when taken, will be deemed necessary for the safety and benefit of the group.
